1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant Corporation’s position 1) The instant industrial complex development project (hereinafter “the instant industrial complex development project”) designated on the site of 685,814 square meters in P, E, F, Il-si, Pakistan-si, and the instant industrial complex development project, and the site created by the said development project is “the instant industrial complex site.”
