A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant delivered the approaching media while receiving the price.

Except as otherwise expressly provided for in any other Act, no person of the 2018 Highest 5091 shall borrow or lend any access medium, or keep, deliver or distribute such medium.

Nevertheless, on January 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened an account under the name of a deceased corporation from a deceased person in the name of a deceased person; and (b) opened a new bank E account in the name of a new bank located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government at a new bank located in Seocho-gu at around that time, and (c) opened an account under the name of a new bank E account in the name of a new bank; and (d) opened one cash card and one OTP card connected to the said deposit account to a deceased person.

Accordingly, the defendant received the price and delivered the approaching media.
