Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants, around 05:50 on January 2, 2017, were driven by the Victim F (60 years of age) (hereinafter referred to as the “F”) while they were working in a way near the Sickdong market in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
