Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 06:00 on September 11, 2012, the Defendant entered the “E” entertainment tavern located in Busan District, Busan District, with C, and found F with the victim G(31 years old), victim H(31 years old), victim J(32 years old), victim J(32 years old), and victim K(31 years old) discovered that they were F’s friendship, and entered the above 402 room.

However, the Defendant and C told that they seem to go against organized violence and breach of trust, and the victim G was able to say that the victim G was "I am tin," and the Defendant instructed C to "I am "I am," while referring the victim G, and C took the face of the victim G at one time.

As the victims resist, the defendant committed violence against the victims, such as breaking the body of the victims and breaking drinking, in collaboration with C.

2. At the time and place set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant and C interfered with the business, as seen above, was unable to enter the said “E” entertainment taverns by destroying the 40-minutes, such as a glass branch and drinking bottle inside the said 402 room, and a string the entrance door, and making it impossible for customers to enter the said “E” entertainment bars.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with C to interfere with the operation of the victim L's entertainment tavern by force.

3. At the time and place set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant and C of the joint property damage: (a) laid the internal entrance door of the above 402 room in the process of shooting and fighting with the string of the G as above; (b) affixed the inner wall to the string of the glass bottle, and teared the waves.

As a result, the defendant jointly damaged the property such as the open door, internal walls, and so on at the market price of the victim L, in conjunction with C.
