Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Where a person liable for military service moves his place of residence, the defendant shall file a move-in report pursuant to Article 16 of the Resident Registration Act within 14 days.

In July 2013, the Defendant did not move to the head of the Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the place of residence without justifiable grounds, even though the Defendant moved to the Dpea factory located in Yangsan-si, Seo-gu, Gwangju.
