Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:50 on August 13, 2013, the Defendant opened a gate that was not corrected without any justifiable reason at the residence of the victim C(Innyang-gu 8, 45 years of age) of Goyang-gu 10:50, and entered the house and infringed upon the victim’s residence.
