1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 41,157,707 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 3, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings as to the grounds for the claim Gap's evidence No. 1 and No. 7, the Plaintiff engaged in the wholesale and retail of paper paper and the sales market manufacturing and processing business may recognize that the Plaintiff was not paid KRW 41,157,707 for goods by supplying paper from around 2015 to the Defendant.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 41,157,707 won for the above goods and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from July 3, 2018 to the day of full payment, which is the following day after the original copy of the payment order in this case was delivered to the defendant, as requested by the plaintiff, as the final supply date.

As to the judgment on the defendant's assertion, the defendant supplied paper at a price higher than that of other companies, or forced supply goods higher than that ordered by the defendant to gain unjust profits, and the defendant made a claim of this case, despite the defendant's promise to make a significant discount on the price of the goods upon the defendant's resistance, although there is no evidence to acknowledge this, the defendant's claim of this case is without merit as to the remainder.

3. Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
