except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 12:20 on September 6, 2013, the Defendant cited a copy of plastic container containing about 100 nives, which is located adjacent to the Defendant’s house, in the state of being equipped with a seter owned by the Defendant, at the Jeonjin-gu B apartment in Jeonjin-gu, Seoul.

Afterwards, the Defendant said that “I will throw away me from the house” to D and E two persons who are divingd with the said sperm, and spread a mean to the said C sperm floor, but the said two persons did not actually cause the said C sperm.

Accordingly, the defendant prepared the fire prevention of general structures.
