Text
1. The gift agreement concluded on July 24, 2012 between the Defendant and EA (19O.O.O.O., and OO-dong O-dong OO.O.) is revoked.
2. On July 27, 2012, the Defendant shall comply with the procedures for registration of cancellation of ownership transfer registration completed by OOOO of the O district court on July 27, 2012 with respect to the real estate listed in the attached list to thisA.
3. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.
