1. Of the instant lawsuit, the Defendant’s decision to disclose the part of the information pertaining to January 2, 2014 and the decision to file an objection as of January 16, 2014.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. (1) On January 30, 2009, the Plaintiff was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for the obstruction of performance of official duties due to the following criminal facts (Seoul Central District Court Decision 2008Da1666). The Plaintiff appealed against this and appealed on July 2, 2009 by Seoul Central District Court Decision 2009No427, but was dismissed on July 2, 2009. The Plaintiff appealed again to the Supreme Court Decision 2009Do6615, but dismissed on October 15, 2009, the above judgment became final and conclusive as it was dismissed on October 15, 2009. On December 22 and 50, 2007, the Plaintiff: (a) was arrested by a police official of the Seoul Central District Court D department department department, who was a police officer of the Southern Flagrant Station, to the floor of a public official, and obstructed the performance of official’s official duties, such as destroying the remaining shoulder, as at the time of arrest.

[B] On January 17, 2008, upon which the court rendered a decision that there was no suspicion (influence of evidence).

On January 2, 2008, the Plaintiff: (a) reported 112 reports at least five minutes from that date to 23:10 on December 22, 2007 to 23:10 of that date to demand correction of safety measures at the underground passage construction site in front of the said D department store; (b) neglected to perform his/her duties in a manner that C fails to immediately dispatch to the site; (c) neglected to arrive at the site at around 23:15 on the same day; (d) neglected to perform his/her duties as an external police officer; and (e) neglected to perform duties as an external police officer at around 23:18 on the same day; (e) he/she landed his/her stairs to explain the site conditions; and (e) changed the stairs to another entrance; and (e) subsequently, A self-around 23:18 on the same day, he/she made the stairs to be cut down to the lower left part of his/her bar, thereby falling off to the lower part of the stairs.
