1. The plaintiff's appeal against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On February 27, 1984, the Plaintiff: (a) purchased from G on February 27, 1984, 820 square meters prior to M, 423 square meters prior to N, and 1921 square meters prior to O; (b) around that time, F purchased a P orchard of 770 square meters adjacent to the said land.
(hereinafter referred to as "the land is specified only as the relevant lot number, and in particular, the land before subdivision is added to "before subdivision" when it is called as "the land before subdivision."
However, since each of the above lands was blind by a vehicle, the Plaintiff and F, in cooperation with neighboring land owners, intended to establish a connecting passage between QV road and each of the above lands in Jeju.
C. Accordingly, from the land of M on December 30, 1986, the land was divided into 121 square meters prior to K, 213 square meters prior to R, and 144 square meters prior to L (the real estate indicated in the attached Table 2) and 183 square meters prior to S in the O land, respectively, and the land was divided around that time. The location of each land and the shape after division are as follows.

D. As such, regarding each of the instant real estate among the lands divided to be used as traffic routes, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in F in December 30, 1986 by Jeju District Court No. 45733, Dec. 30, 1986, which was due to the sale and purchase on December 17, 1986. As to the land I, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in F in co-ownership with the Plaintiff, F, and the third parties, and as to the land U, on January 6, 1987.
E. On February 3, 1987, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer based on sale on January 27, 1987 with respect to M, R and R land, O, and S land.
F. The F died on July 14, 2001, and the heir was the Defendant C, D, and E, who is the spouse, the Defendant B and his children, but Defendant B completed the registration of transfer of ownership by agreement and division as of October 17, 2001 by the Jeju District Court received on October 17, 2001.
