When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 23, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking and non-licensed driving) driven a 50cc Obane owned by the Defendant under the influence of alcohol content of about 400 meters at approximately 00 meters from the street in the street near Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, without a motor device bicycle driver’s license to drive a 50cc Obane under the influence of alcohol content of blood while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.216%.
