For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court, on the grounds indicated in its reasoning, found the explosion accident of this case to be in the same manner as the facts charged in accordance with the appraisal

After the determination of the person, Defendant A breached his duty of care to ensure the normal operation of a valve in the course of the test operation conducted after the repair and operation of the boiler of this case, and the confirmation of a valve connected to the pressure string, etc. Defendant B did not perform his duty to take any measures immediately on the abnormal situation while maintaining the abnormal operation of the boiler at the site during the boiler operation. Defendant C was negligent in having Defendant A, who did not hold a certificate of qualification for boiler handling, to be in charge of the test operation of the boiler of this case.
