A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On June 27, 2016, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3.5 million for a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving) in the support of Sungnam branch of Suwon branch. On October 24, 2016, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 5 million for the same crime, etc. in the same court.

[2] On February 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor vehicle with 1k-hurburged vehicle from the first Eup/Myeon located in the 205-ro of Gwangju City in the early 205-ro of the Eup/Myeon in the early 205-ro, from around 237, to around 237, at around 207, while under the influence of alcohol at around 22:50 without obtaining a motor vehicle driver’s license on February 22, 2017.
