1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B: 136,477,946;
B. Defendant East Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. is the defendant B and each other.
Reasons
1. The following facts can be acknowledged in full view of the following facts: (a) there is no dispute between the parties to the dispute; or (b) there is evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 2, 3, 5, and 8; and (c) the testimony of the witness C; and (d) the purport of the entire pleadings.
Defendant B is an insurer who carries on water-related leisure business using leisure watercrafts, such as Banaart (which connects the Bana-shaped type of engine to the Bana-style Bana-type Bana-type Bana-type Bana-type Bana-type Bana-type Bana-type Bana-type Bana-type Bana-type Bana-type Bana-go (hereinafter “Defendant Company”), and the Defendant East Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) entered into a comprehensive water-related leisure insurance contract which compensates the Defendant B to the extent of KRW 100 million for damages sustained by the insured due to an accident occurred in relation to the possession,
B. At around 11:30 on August 16, 2013, the Plaintiff boarded B’s Baart operated by Defendant B at the E beach located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.
The driver F of Ghana, employed by Defendant B, was faced with the wind that the Plaintiff was on board at the rapid speed of the Ghana, and the Plaintiff fell off from Ghana due to its impact. Accordingly, the Plaintiff suffered from the injury to the pressure set forth in Section 11 of the chest pressure and the pressure set forth in Section 1 of the necessary 14 weeks of treatment.

A.
