1. The instant lawsuit was concluded on May 30, 2020 as deeming the withdrawal of the Defendant’s appeal.

2. The defendant dated 21 October 2020.

1.The following facts of recognition shall be apparent in the records or significant to this Court:

The judgment of the court of first instance of this case was sentenced on February 14, 2018, and the defendant filed an appeal against the judgment of the court of first instance on March 6, 2018.

B. On September 12, 2018, this Court: (a) determined the first date for pleading as of September 12, 2018, and served a notice of the date for pleading to the Defendant as “B” (hereinafter “instant address”) under the Defendant’s resident registration, which is the Defendant’s resident registration; but (b) served the notice by means of dispatch on July 5, 2018, when the notice was not served due to the absence of a closed text.

The defendant was absent on the first day for pleading, and the plaintiff was present, but the plaintiff was not present, and therefore the plaintiff was not present.

C. On October 17, 2018, the instant court issued a notice of the date of pleading to the address of the instant case, setting the date of pleading for the second time as of October 17, 2018, and received directly the notice of the date of pleading on September 14, 2018 by the Defendant himself/herself.

Both the Plaintiff and the Defendant were present and present on the date of the second pleading, and the pleading has been concluded, and the date of adjudication was designated on November 21, 2018 as 10:00.

On November 15, 2018, this Court rendered a decision to resume argument that the argument that has been concluded on this case is resumed, and that the next date for pleading is later designated. On November 19, 2018, a certified copy of the said decision was served to the address of this case and received by the spouse on November 19, 2018.

E. This court: (a) determined the third date for pleading as of April 29, 2020 and served a notice of the date for pleading to the Defendant at the instant address on April 14:15, 2020; (b) but (c) did not serve the first date for pleading on March 30, 2020 on the ground that the address is unknown; (d) however, the second date for pleading was not served on April 22, 2020 on the ground that there was no closed door.

On April 22, 2020, service was made by sending method.

The defendant was absent on the third day for pleading, and the plaintiff was present, but the plaintiff was not present, and therefore the plaintiff was not present.
