A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to run a motor vehicle management business shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not register a motor vehicle management business, from March 10, 2013 to March 6, 2014, at the national level, including the Defendant’s residence, in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 101 Dong 304, the Defendant: (a) occupied and traded without permission; and (b) the actual driver and the nominal owner of the registration are different vehicles, i.e., the Internet C site, a broker site of the Mapo-gu, the Mapo-si, the Mapo-gu, the Mapo-gu, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Mapo-si, and carried on the motor vehicle transaction business, a motor vehicle management business entity, using a total of 102 occasions as indicated in the list of crimes.
