1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and victim C (n, 60 years of age) are the space between the workplace club in which the defendant and the victim work together at the funeral hall in Gwangju North-gu D (hereinafter “instant funeral hall”).

1. On September 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force on September 2015, 2015, on the Defendant’s home page in Gwangju North-gu, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the victim’s chest; (b) in order to get off the victim’s home on the rooftop with his intent to commit an indecent act after seeking the victim’s and the rooftop; and (c) in order to take off the victim’s chest from the front door to two descendants, and committed an indecent act on the victim’

3. On October 2015 or around November 11, 2015, the Defendant forced indecent act: (a) on the part of “I week” located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju-gu; (b) on the part of “I week”, the Defendant made the victim to make payments; and (c) the victim left the side of the victim who wishes to enter the I week; (d) the victim was hicked with his left hand by his/her will to commit an indecent act; (c) the victim’s chest was hick with his/her chest; and (d) the victim’s face was hicked and hicked to the Defendant’s face; and (d) the victim’s indecent act was committed on the part of the victim.

4. On December 2015, the Defendant’s indecent act by force around the end of December, 2015, is out of the office in the E-style funeral hall in Gwangju North-gu (hereinafter “instant office”) and outside the office in order to prepare funeral ceremony with the victim’s intention to commit indecent act by reporting that the victim is married.
