A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a public interest service personnel serving in Seongdong-gu Urban Management Corporation.

No public duty personnel shall desert away from their service or serve in the relevant field for a period of at least eight days without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant left service for a period of at least eight days from May 20, 2013, May 21, 2013, May 21, 2013, May 25, 2013 to May 28, 2013, and June 1, 2013 to June 4, 2013 without justifiable grounds.
