Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 27, 2019, at around 20:30, the Defendant: (a) left the clothes of “C” located in “C,” while driving a vehicle and stopping the above clothes; and (b) the victim D, who is the owner of the building, opened a door to the Defendant’s car driving seat in order to resist the Defendant.

이에 피고인은 위 일시 장소에서 주변 사람들에게 경각심을 일으키겠다는 이유로 “ 아 깜짝이야, 개새끼 진짜. ”라고 크게 소리쳐 지나가는 사람들과 주변 상인들이 듣게 하고, 다시 큰 소리로 “ 미친 개 같은 놈 새끼.” 라는 말을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
