At around 18:00 on August 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the victim’s cash amounting to KRW 1,000, and KRW 10,000, and KRW 100,000, at the market price where the victim’s G was located, using the gap of the president of the backhead of the shipping beach located in Busan Metropolitan City, Daegu Metropolitan City, by taking advantage of the gap of the location of the victim’s lock.
