Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to divert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the competent authority to divert the mountainous district.

Nevertheless, on March 27, 2017, the Defendant created a total of 1,720 square meters in the Iron-gun, Jeonwon-gun, in a dry field without obtaining permission from the competent authorities to convert mountainous districts, and diverted mountainous districts.
