1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiffs.
The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.
Reasons
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance cited in this case is that the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the following additional parts, thereby citing it pursuant to Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of
8 pages 8 of the first instance judgment
Then, “The Plaintiff, according to the evidence A No. 10, decided to collectively purchase and register each land of this case from the J on May 19, 2017, the Plaintiff promised to cover the transfer income tax to be additionally paid and the property tax to be paid by J on each land of this case paid by K on behalf of K on its behalf and the property tax to be paid by J on each land of this case. It is only recognized that the Plaintiff, on the 22th day of the same month of the same undertaking, was entrusted 135,000,000 to the M judicial scrivener Office.” The Plaintiff, on the 8th day of the judgment of the first instance, agreed to collectively purchase and register each land of this case from the J on a lump sum basis, but the Plaintiff failed to complete the registration of ownership transfer on each land of this case on the grounds that J did not actually complete the registration of ownership transfer due to the refusal of any remainder of the land of this case. However, the Plaintiffs’ assertion that each of the above reasons for the registration of ownership transfer was not completed on each land of this case’s.
In addition, “The first instance judgment’s 9th 11th page” was followed, and the Plaintiffs reported on May 23, 2017 that the date of concluding a contract was false on April 3, 2017 upon reporting real estate transactions (Evidence 7). This is true when a transaction party entered into any of the following contracts: (a) a report on real estate transactions under Article 3 of the Act on Report on Real Estate Transactions, Etc. due to a violation of the Act on Report on Real Estate Transactions, Etc.;
