Punishment of the crime

On September 6, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and six months at the Jeonju District Court for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapon, etc.), and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of eight months at the Jeonju District Court on November 20, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 4, 2014, the sentence of the suspended sentence became void upon being sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for an injury, etc., and on March 4, 2014, on March 4, 2014, the sentence of the suspended sentence became final and conclusive.
