A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete 80 hours of sexual assault treatment programs.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant has been an assistant belonging to C, who is a facility for the protection and education of persons with severe disabilities, from February 2013 to the victim D(the age of 13) with intellectual disability 2 from February 2013.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. At around 17:40 on September 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) left the victim, who completed the course of a private teaching institute course, with the Defendant’s vehicle’s back seat on the back seat of the passenger car; (b) laid the vehicle onto the white apartment parking lot in the Daejeon-dong Eup-dong, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; and (c) laid the victim’s chest over three to four occasions.

The defendant continued to panty against the victim, and the victim's panty became a panty.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by using the victim's difficulty in resisting due to mental disability.

B. On September 4, 2014, around 17:30 on September 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) set the said car on the front road of the Daejeon Seo-dong Sports Rehabilitation Institute; (b) and (c) met the victim who sited on the rear seat, thereby extending out to 3:4 times the victim’s chest.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by using the victim's difficulty in resisting due to mental disability.

C. On September 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 17:40 on September 11, 2014, at the foregoing passenger car in the atmosphere of signal on the roads adjacent to the Jung-gu Daejeon metropolitan market; (b) on the back seat, the Defendant met 3-4 chests of the victim by extending to the rear seat.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by using the victim's difficulty in resisting due to mental disability.

2. On September 16, 2014, at around 17:30, the Defendant: (a) set off the said car on the front road of the Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon Gungdong Sports Rehabilitation Center; and (b) held the victim’s chest out of the back seat with the victim’s knife the victim’s chest.

The victim will be the victim.
