All prosecutions against the Defendants are dismissed.

1. Facts charged;

A. On March 18, 2017, at around 03:50 on March 18, 2017, Defendant A, along with D, abused victims by openly insulting the victim B and C “the same year as the one for which the victim B suffered a shoulder.”

B. From March 18, 2017, Defendant B and C’s joint criminal act, around 03:50, Defendant B and C expressed that Defendant B would face the victim’s shoulder at the Bupyeong-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, “the distance of theme,” and that Defendant B would face with the victim’s shoulder, and that Defendant B would face the dispute, and that Defendant B would openly insult the victim at the place where the victim was committed.

2. Determination

(a) An offense subject to victim's complaint: Articles 312 (1) and 311 of the Criminal Act;

B. After the indictment of this case, the defendants submitted a written agreement to the effect that they withdraw complaints against each other.
