1. The Defendant’s KRW 47,522,368 as well as 5% per annum from February 10, 2015 to May 22, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) On May 20, 2013, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant and C, etc., the three-story building located D in the Chungcheong-si, Chungcheong-si, Chungcheong-si, Chungcheongnam (hereinafter “instant building”).
1) Of the cafeterias of the first floor, 10 square meters (hereinafter “instant restaurant”).

As a result, the finishing materials, electric wires, windows, and outer walls inside the instant restaurant and clothing stores located on the first floor of the instant building are minor damages.
