A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the Violation of Road Traffic Act (Non-licensed Driving) are those who are engaged in driving a motor motor device or bicycle without registration (FF100) 102C ( innerly referred to as "cirtion").
