1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The current status of each real estate listed in the separate sheet 1) the network E (Death on July 12, 2012, hereinafter “the deceased”).
(2) On December 19, 1972, F purchased G 2,041 square meters from F prior to replotting. In the process of completing the registration of ownership transfer, one’s name was written as H, not E, instead of E. In the process of completing the registration of ownership transfer. ) Accordingly, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on May 2, 2008 (hereinafter “instant registration of ownership transfer”).
(2) As the Plaintiff sold the instant land to N and N and NO on June 10, 201, the ownership transfer registration of one-half shares was completed on June 14, 201 in the name of N and N and NO on June 14, 201, and the ownership transfer registration was completed on August 30, 2013 in the name of N on August 30, 2013 with respect to the said one-half shares of NO.
C. On April 13, 1983, Sacheon filed a lawsuit against the Plaintiff, N, Defendant C, P, Q, and R against the implementation of the procedure for registration of cancellation of each ownership transfer that completed with respect to the land J in Sacheon-si, and against Defendant B and C, seeking the implementation of the procedure for registration of transfer of ownership based on the purchase and sale as of April 13, 1983 (the foregoing court purchased the instant land from the Deceased on April 13, 1983 at the Changwon District Court Jin-si Branch of Changwon District Court on April 13, 1983, and the Plaintiff received the instant land from the Deceased.
