A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 201, the Defendant was awarded a subcontract for the supply and construction of materials to external substitute works by E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as E Co. (hereinafter referred to as “E”) for the said works at the site of a new hotel construction work in Jeju-si, Jeju-si, and around August 201, the Defendant agreed to supply materials for the interior substitute works to a police officer during the period of August 201, and the cost of materials shall be calculated as KRW 38,000 per square meter, and the payment period shall be calculated as KRW 38,000 per square meter when the volume enters Busan-si, within three days, after claiming for the payment to the victim as much as the volume.

2. On January 2012, the Defendant is aware of the fact that the substitute quantity supplied by oneself does not significantly reach the price paid by E (State) and is demanded to request documents verifying the import volume from E (State).
