When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:40 on February 9, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a 205 km car from the street club in front of the so-called SM5-car stable fri-Eup at the same time to the front of the so-called fright learning hospital located in the same city, after going through the street in front of the so-called fright learning hospital located in the same city.
