Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On November 19, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the District Court for six months, and the probation was revoked on August 8, 201; on April 5, 2013, the same court was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery; on August 28, 2018, the same court was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny and completed the execution of the sentence at the government prison on November 11, 2018.

At around 03:25 on January 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded the entrance door of the said machinery room at B underground level in the Gyeonggi-ri-si, Gyeonggi-do, and opened it into a “Erona warehouse managed by the victim D”; and (b) cut off 3,000 the victim’s market price owned by the Defendant, which was kept in custody, and stolen 3,000 won.

As a result, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times with prison labor due to larceny, and re-infusing a structure at night during the repeated crime period, and stolen the victim's property.

1. On September 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime on September 13, 2019, within the “H” PC of the victim G operation in Gui-si, Gui-si, F on September 17, 201; (b) upon the victim’s request to see the above PC at the time of locking the Defendant; and (c) during the period between outside, the Defendant stolen the said PC with the cash equivalent to KRW 400,000 in cash owned by the victim, which was kept in the said PC car racke and the cash receipt

As a result, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times with prison labor due to larceny, and is punished by larceny again during the period of repeated crime.

2. On November 5, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime, around 05:50 on November 5, 2019, committed a theft with one cell phone of the amount equivalent to KRW 700,000 in the market price owned by the victim K, using the crepan in a soup and soup joint use room located in Jinna City I, the Government-si around 05:50 on November 5, 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times with prison labor due to larceny, and theft is committed again during the period of repeated crime.
