A A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,00,000, and by a fine of KRW 6,000,000, and Defendant C and D, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인 A 피고인은 2018. 8. 24. 안양시 동안구 경수대로508번길에 있는 안양교도소 제7동 상층 E실에서 피해자 F(27세)의 얼굴을 손바닥으로 2~3회 때리고, 2018. 8. 25. 같은 방법으로 피해자의 얼굴을 1회 때리고, 2018. 9. 3. 은단을 넣은 탄산음료를 피해자로 하여금 강제로 마시게 하고, 2018. 8. 일자불상경 고무줄을 이용하여 조그맣게 접은 종이를 피해자에게 발사하고, 2018. 8.경 수회에 걸쳐 주먹과 발을 이용하여 피해자에게 격투기 연습을 하는 것과 같은 방법으로 폭행하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendant habitually assaulted the victim from August 2018 to September 3, 2018.

2. 피고인 B 피고인은 2018. 8. 중순경 위 제1의 가항 기재 안양교도소 제7동 상층 E실에서 피해자 F의 팔을 1~2회 꺾고, 2018. 8. 말경 고무줄을 이용하여 조그맣게 접은 종이를 피해자에게 발사하고, 2018. 9. 초순경 피해자의 양쪽 다리를 손으로 붙잡고 3~4회에 걸쳐 피해자의 성기를 한쪽 발로 누르거나 흔들고, 2018. 8.경부터 2018. 9. 초순경까지 숟가락으로 피해자의 팔뚝, 허벅지 등을 수시로 때렸다.

Accordingly, the Defendant habitually assaulted the victim from August 2018 to September 3, 2018.

3. On July 2018, 2018, the Defendant: (a) laid down the arms and legs of the Victim F in the Anyang prison No. 7 upper floor E on the 7th upper floor of the Anyang Prison No. 1, as stated in the above paragraph (a) on July 1, 2018; (b) on July 2018, the Defendant laid down the Victim F’s arms and legs; and (c) on July 1, 2018, the Defendant laid down the Victim F’s arms and legs at the victim’s entrance; and (d) on his hand, the Victim’s lele

Accordingly, the Defendant habitually assaulted the victim from the early July 2018 to the end of July 2018.

4. Defendant D’s ground that from the end of July 2018 to August 20, 2018, the victim F was unable to move in from the 7th upper floor E of the Inyang Prison No. 7 and upper floor specified in the foregoing paragraph 1.
