Punishment of the crime

Defendant

On April 28, 2015, A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a short term of 6 months, a long term of 8 months, and a fine of 300,000 won for special larceny, etc. in the Jeonju District Court and Eup support. The judgment became final and conclusive on May 7, 2015.

1. Defendant A

A. On July 2014, the Defendant found one bicycle at the market price equivalent to KRW 100,000,000, which was locked and locked by the victim E at the time of regular Eup/Myeon-dong bicycle storage, and the Defendant reported the network in the surroundings, and the Defendant led the bicycle lock after cancelling the correction of the bicycle lock.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property of the victim in co-defendant B or F or Co-defendant C or G jointly.

B. On August 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) the victim H discovered one bicycle with the market value equivalent to KRW 180,000,000 at a fixed Eup post office located in the Si/Eup/Myeon; (b) and (c) discovered one bicycle with the market value in which the victim H kept at the storage; and (d) cut off the bicycle by towing the lock device in front and rear of the corrected bicycle key.

From around that time to April 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by bringing bicycles and urbanes, which have been set up by the victims at a total of eight times in the Si of Jung-Eup, as shown in attached Table 2, from around that time to around April 1, 2015; (b) bringing about a cream card in his possession; or (c) withdrawing cash with a stolen cream card.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.

C. On February 25, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) 1, the Defendant is a fluorite apartment located from the Sammula Underground Parking Lot located in the farming dong of Jung-Eup, Jung-gu, Seoul at around 19:00 to 15-48, 15-48, 201.
