A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 10:00 on May 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) requested to present his/her driver’s license on the road in front of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) on the D Zone of the Ulsan-gu Police Station D District; and (c) presented his/her driver’s license under the name of F, an official document issued by the Commissioner of the Ulsan-do Police Agency, as one of his/her own licenses.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving a 1km section from the roads near the distance of postal administration history in Ulsan-gu to the roads near the Ulsan-gu Seoul-ro 28-ro, Ulsan-gu, without a vehicle driver’s license.

3. On July 3, 2014, the Defendant introduced the said J to L without registering the loan brokerage business at the office of a certified judicial scrivener incompetence in the trade name located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-dong, and without registering the loan brokerage business to the competent authority. The Defendant introduced the said J to L, and made the J to do so on July 1, 201.
