Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On April 30, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the District Court of Jung-gu District on April 30, 201, and the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in a governmental prison on December 20, 2010.

1. On January 28, 2011, the Defendant, at the “F Office” office for the victim E’s operation of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Building No. 404, the Defendant, “B,” and “B, for 20 years, has laid down the H of the G Group for the victim’s H for a period of 20 years, is kind to enter into a contract for cleaning and facility management services with the I hotel, J hotel, K hotel, L hotel, etc., affiliated with the G Group. Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired the pecuniary benefits of KRW 88,399,187.
2.
