A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall order the completion of child abuse treatment programs for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the spouse of the victim C (V, 44 years old), and is the father of the victimized child D(16 years old) and the victim E(V, 19 years old).

1. On May 2, 2017, around 18:30, the Defendant continued to treat the victimized child’s body at the Defendant’s house located in Seo-gu Daejeon Apartment-gu 101 Dong 704, on the ground that the victimized child D was aware of the Defendant’s horse without hearing the Defendant’s horse, when the camping net, which is a dangerous object, faces the victimized child’s hair, hnee, knee, bridge, etc., and the camping net, which is a dangerous object located in the house, continuously 10 times or more, such as the head, hume, etc. of the victimized child, and 3 times more than 10 times, and continuously, the victimized child C continued to treat the victimized child’s body with the victim’s body at the same time, such as the victim’s knee and knee, the injured child’s body and knee, and the victim’s body and knee, e.g., the victim’s body and e., the victim’s body.

2. From February to March 2017 to the above Defendant’s house, the Defendant: (a) committed an act of assaulting a victimized child upon the body of the victimized child due to the camping net, which is a dangerous object on the ground that the victimized child does not have a serious difficulty in school life; and (b) committed a physical abuse that may injure the body of the victimized child, or that may injure the physical health and development of the victimized child.

3. The defendant is on the family of the above defendant around April 2017, and he is on duty.
