A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 17:50 on November 6, 2012, the Defendant was driving B-wing truck under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license at a 1km section from the front of the 65-2-2 of the e-mail Eup in the e-mail in the e-mail city to the front of the apartment in the e-mail city, starting from the front of the e-mail in the e-mail Eup in the e-mail city, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.261%.

On November 6, 2012, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle at around 17:50 on November 6, 2012, and proceeded on the road side of the apartment in front of the new apartment located in Chuncheon-si, Gangwon-do to a post office-section. D coke of the victim C (year 42) driving in the opposite direction was also driving in the opposite direction.

Since there is a road where the center line of yellow-ray is installed, there was a duty of care to ensure that a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to thoroughly operate the front line and to safely operate the car line.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant failed to accurately operate the steering direction and brakes while being in difficult to drive in a normal condition, and operated by the negligence of driving the central line, which the above victim driven by the negligence, received the front part of the passenger vehicle and the front part of the cargo vehicle in front of the passenger vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to occupational negligence as above.
