1. The Defendants jointly and severally against Plaintiff A and B each of KRW 185,895,549, and Plaintiff C’s KRW 3,000,000 and each of the said money.

1. Basic facts

A. In around 2015, Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant D”) subcontracted cement concrete packaging works during the said construction to Defendant F, who is engaged in the business of road packaging works under the trade name “H” after being awarded a contract for “G maintenance and repair works” by Defendant D Korea Highway Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant D Corporation”).

Defendant E is the head of the above H department and the head of the field office of cement concrete package construction subcontracted, and Defendant E is the field manager in charge of safety management, etc., and Defendant D’s non-registered director who is the director of the subcontracted construction site.

B. From August 26, 2015, from around 22:00 on August 26, 2015, Defendant E and Defendant F prevented the traffic of the above expressway 1 and the two-lane repair work (hereinafter “instant construction work”) at the point of 27.6 km in JJ from the Incheon direction Lari-si to the Highway.

C. Defendant E and F knew that the plate of each lane of the instant construction section (referring to a concrete board in the shape of a square type, which constitutes an expressway) consists of a part of another lane instead of a fake into each lane, and did not notify the Defendant Corporation, the expressway patrol unit, and the Defendant D of this fact up to 30 centimeters without informing the Defendant D of the fact.
