1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On December 17, 2014, the Plaintiff entered the Republic of Korea on a short-term visit (C-3) status on a short-term stay of December 17, 2014, and applied for refugee status to the Defendant on December 30, 2014.
B. On November 11, 2015, the Defendant issued a disposition of non-recognition of refugee status (hereinafter “instant disposition”) on the ground that the Plaintiff cannot be deemed as having a well-founded fear that the Plaintiff would suffer from persecution” as stipulated in Article 1 of the Convention on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee”) and Article 1 of the Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Protocol”).
C. The Plaintiff appealed to the Minister of Justice on November 30, 2015, but the said objection was dismissed on March 23, 2016.

2. Whether the disposition is lawful;
A. The plaintiff's assertion is based on Bocoin's area northwest, where the plaintiff had resided, and around April 2014, Bocoin caused death of people in a non-discriminatory manner due to the plaintiff's habition of the plaintiff's village, and this day was the plaintiff's family and the family and the place of business lost.
The disposition of this case which the Plaintiff did not recognize the Plaintiff as a refugee is unlawful despite the possibility that the Plaintiff might be stuffed for the above reasons when it was deemed that the Plaintiff had suffered damage to Boroce as the Republic of Korea.
B. (1) In full view of the provisions of subparagraph 1 of Article 2 of the Refugee Act, Article 1 of the Refugee Convention, Article 1 of the Refugee Protocol, and Article 1 of the Refugee Protocol, foreigners who, owing to well-founded fear of being harmed by reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion, are not entitled to protection of the country of nationality or do not want protection of the country of nationality, or due to such fear.
