A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall trade or assist in the trade of marijuana, and smoke or take in marijuana or its seed coats.

In addition, no person, other than narcotics handler, shall cultivate, possess, possess, give or receive, transport, store, or use marijuana.

1. Although the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant:

(a) around 20:00 on the first half of May 2013, received approximately 10g of hemp from C in the way near the Mapo-gun, Mapo-gun, Incheon, the Mapo-gun at around 20:00;

B. On May 2013, 2013, approximately 1g of the hemp plants received from the Defendant’s residence, as described in paragraph 1, were delivered to E free of charge, and received and delivered each marijuana.

2. The Defendant,

(a) Smoking marijuana in such a manner as to eliminate the smoke of tobacco from behind the Defendant’s residence at around 21:00 on the same day as the description in paragraph (1), put about approximately 0.4g of the hemp plant received as described in paragraph (1), and then inhale the smoke from a stringer with its fire attached;

(b) Smoking approximately 0.4g of marijuana in the same manner as described in paragraph (a), following the Defendant’s residence at approximately 10:00 on February 2014;

C. On March 21, 2014, around 21:00, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.4g of marijuana in the same manner as the entry in a provisional port, following the Defendant’s residence.

3. On March 22, 2014, upon the F’s request, the Defendant: (a) known that C, while taking marijuana from the Yado, was out of Incheon, he/she and informed C and F of the contact address of the other party; (b) informed C and F of the fact that C came out of Incheon; and (c) purchased C in 2.50,00,000, in cash at the street near the subway construction site located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of marijuana.
