Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the Defendants are required.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 19, 2013, Defendant A: (a) around 14:35 on May 19, 2013, the Defendant told “F” restaurant located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) talked with two other friendship-gu members of the victim B (the victim’s 42 years of age) and talked with “G” as the victim’s friendly name; and (c) the victim flicked with an empty bottle on the table.
