Reasons

Punishment of the crime

No owner of a motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

The defendant is a holder of B-A-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-

1. On December 6, 2010, at around 15:30, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation for B-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W

Around 12:43 March 18, 201, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation for Passenger Vehicles (hereinafter “C”) with respect to the passenger vehicles, the Defendant operated Cart which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front side of the rainwater pumps through the Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul river.
