Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 2019, around 3.5 meters in width used for the traffic of the general public; and (b) around 50 meters in length, stored PVC pipes and stones; and (c) obstructed the traffic of community residents, such as C, by making the land flow off by means of parking freight cars.
