Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. A regional housing association promotion committee is an organization organized to promote the establishment, etc. of a regional housing association that implements a new project (hereinafter “instant apartment project”) of constructing apartment units (hereinafter “instant apartment units”) on the Filwon (the total floor area of 108,357.68 square meters, the business area of 41,393 square meters, and the planned area of 32,787 square meters) in the Siljin-si, and the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Association, including the promotion committee and the Defendant, collectively referred to as “Defendant Association”) obtained approval for establishment from the Siljin-si market on June 10, 2016 and obtained a comprehensive succession of all rights and obligations from the said promotion committee.
B. From April 2015, the Plaintiffs entered into a membership agreement with the Defendant Association on the instant project (hereinafter “each of the instant agreements to join the association”) from April 2015, and the key contents of each of the instant agreements to join the association are as follows.
