Defendant

A, C, and D shall be punished by a fine of 300,00 won, Defendant B, and E by a fine of 700,000 won. The Defendants may be punished by a fine of 70,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The “G organization” in violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act by Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant D is an organization against the construction of an I-power plant, which is composed of residents of the village near the I-power plant, being constructed at H in the prime city.

Defendant

A as the chairperson of the above “G organization,” Defendant B is the organizer of the same assembly as the vice-chairperson, Defendant C is the participant of the same assembly as the secretary general, and Defendant D is the order keeper of the same assembly as the general secretary general.

Members of the aforementioned “G organization,” including the Defendants, agreed to use eco-friendly fuels as fuel for the above IS power plant, but the Defendants agreed to hold an “IS Power Plant Construction Exclusion Meeting” in front of the nuclear power plant, on the ground that they are promoting the construction of a power plant using waste solid fuel (SF and Solid Refuse). Defendant B submitted to the Chief of the nuclear police station of the nuclear power plant on March 4, 2015, a report on the number of members to participate in an IS Power Station : 13:0-16:00 on March 30, 2015; 13:0-16:00 on the opening date: the left-hand public box of the nuclear power plant of the nuclear power plant of the nuclear power plant of the nuclear power plant of the nuclear power plant of the nuclear power plant of the nuclear power plant of the nuclear power plant of the nuclear power plant of the nuclear power plant of the Republic of Korea: 100 J residents belonging to the G organization; 200 persons to participate in the above outdoor assembly of the nuclear.
