1. From August 15, 2012 to July 24, 2014, Defendant Obnb Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 18,982,000 to the Plaintiff and its related amount.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On February 15, 2012, the Plaintiff received a contract (hereinafter “the first contract”) from Defendant D&L with a fixed rate of KRW 142,00,000 for the civil engineering work among the new construction works of Chungcheong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun and six parcels of land (hereinafter “the instant loan”) as KRW 142,00,000 for the construction work, March 15, 2012 on the completion date; and (2) on April 25, 2012, with a fixed rate of KRW 1/1,000 for the liquidated damages (hereinafter “the second contract”); and (3) on April 25, 2012, with a fixed rate of KRW 103,00,000 for the repair work of the said loan construction; and (5) on May 20, 2012 for the completion date; and (4) received the second contract with a fixed rate of KRW 1,1000 for the delay damages (hereinafter “the second contract”).
(hereinafter referred to as the “instant construction”) by integrating each of the above construction works.
The Plaintiff while carrying out the instant construction work, added the following table 1.

C. On August 14, 2012, Defendant Uniform L&C obtained approval for the use of part of the instant loan, and paid to the Plaintiff KRW 156,00,000,000, including the construction cost, on January 21, 2012.
Meanwhile, on August 20, 2012, Defendant B sold the instant real estate to Defendant B (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer to the said Defendant on October 2, 2012. Defendant B concluded a trust contract with Korea Trust Co., Ltd on July 11, 2013 with respect to the instant real estate and completed the registration of trust with the said company on the same day.
