1. The plaintiff's lawsuit against the defendant B shall be the primary and conjunctive to the resolution set forth in paragraph 3 of the attached Table.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the party 1) Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant clan”)

(1) The term “Jms”, “Kms”, “Lms”, and “Mms” are classified into four parts: Jms (Seoul Northern District), Kms (Seoul High Military), Lms (Sms) and Mams (Ms). Since then, Jms are Nms, Kms are P, Lms are P, and Qms are changed to each part of each part of each part of each part of the case to Qms (hereinafter referred to as “Jms”, “Kms,” “Lms,” and “Mms,” without distinguishinging before and after the change of the name.

B. The rules of the defendant clan were enacted on April 1, 1970, and its main contents are as follows.

Article 4 (Composition) of the Regulations of the Organization shall be comprised of the RI members of the clan, who are the descendants of the RI, and who are the descendants of the deceased who are the descendants of the North Korean father, the Chungcheongnam-Nam, and the descendants of the deceased who are the descendants of the PP.

Article 5 (Officers) This clan shall have the following officers:

(a) One representative of a clan;

(b)one secretary (elections and appointments of officers) shall be appointed by the Assembly. The officers of the clans shall be appointed by the Assembly.

Article 9 (Term of Officers) The term of office of officers shall be five years, and if there is no officer re-election at the meeting within five years, the term shall be extended automatically until the re-election of officers.

Article 10 (General Assembly) A General Assembly shall consist of five persons by 15 p.m. and a meeting shall be convened at the joint demand of two or more times.

Article 11 (Resolution of General Meeting) The Assembly shall discuss and resolve:

(b) Matters concerning the protection of ancestor worships;

(c)Resolution in accordance with Article 13 with respect to the amendment and amendment of the Code:

(d) Resolution under Article 8 with respect to real estate;

(e) Other matters necessary for a clans: 5 members of the General Assembly, each of whom consists of 5 members of the father, Seosan, and Gyeyang, respectively, of Article 12 (Resolution of the General Assembly).
