1. All lawsuits filed by the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) against Defendant C, Incorporated D, and E are dismissed.

1. The Plaintiff and other designated parties, based on the facts, created literary works or insertions, such as the “works” as indicated in the “works” column, and each of the above works was recorded in an elementary school textbook.

Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) published and distributed a reference or problem book for elementary school students, such as the entry in the column for “stegying items” as shown in attached Table 2, on each date indicated in attached Table 2, as a company aimed at publishing and selling books. When individually named, Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) published and distributed the same books or problem book (hereinafter “each of the books of this case”). The copyright of the books of this case No. 43, and the 128 books of this case were transferred to H.

Defendant B published the remaining books, excluding the books Nos. 1, 2, 5, 6, and 7 of this case, among each of the books of this case, and recorded, without permission of the Plaintiff and other designated parties, all or some of the works indicated in the column for “works” as indicated in the attached Table Nos. 2 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the works of this case,” and, when individually named, the term “works of this case,” or any of the works of this case, inserted the inserted articles which are substantially similar to the inserted articles in this case.

Defendant C (hereinafter “Defendant C”) was a company aimed at publishing, selling, etc. books, and published and distributed all or some of the works as indicated in the “work” as indicated in the “publication Date” column as indicated in the “Publication Date” column as indicated in the attached Table 3, as indicated in the attached Table 3, at the designated date.

Defendant E (hereinafter “Defendant E”) is a company for the purpose of publishing, selling, etc. books, and falls under the attached Table 4 that contains all or some of the works listed in the “works” as shown in the attached Table 4 of J, L, and F.
