Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In March 2, 2015, from March 2, 2015 to March 6, 2015, the Defendant, at the request of D from “C Frequency House” located in C from March 2, 2015 to March 6, 2015, requested E to pay the construction cost, and as the Defendant failed to receive the construction cost from D, demanded E to be the operator of the said frequency, who is the subject of D to pay the construction cost. However, E was rejected on the ground that E paid the construction cost.

On May 7, 2015, from around 17:00 to around 09:00 on May 9, 2015, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s business by making, through a deceptive scheme, the Defendant: (a) from around 17:00 to around 00, 2015, the Defendant was unable to receive the said construction cost as above in front of the said frequency of the operation of the Victim E (n, 49 years of age); (b) the end of the F1 ton driver’s seat in the A4 size and run on the top of the driver’s seat; and (c) the Defendant was parked in the C frequency of the vehicle; and (d) the Defendant was the customer and its place coming from the Victim’s gathering; and (c) the Defendant interfered with the Victim’s frequency of business by making it difficult for many and unspecified individuals to receive the said construction cost.

On July 2, 2015, at around 09:20, the Defendant was dissatisfied with the failure to receive the construction cost at the above location, and even though the Defendant did not in collusion with the victim E, E, E, Dong G, and D, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out the false franchise card (270cm x 85cm x c) stating “T-T-T-T-T-T-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-
